SPA 525G Dictionary Server Script

Hello,

I'm trying to make the phone, a SPA 525G (With firmware 7.4.9a), to display in the dutch language. Despite the Cisco community, Cisco adm manual, and Google it's still not working.

I'm using provisioning by the use of APACHE, PHP and MYSQL to generate a XML file. This works great, but the parameter of the Dictionary Server Script does something but nothing really changes.

I use the fallowing XML:

<!--# Language-->

<Dictionary_Server_Script group="Regional/Language">srv=http://<SERVER_DNS>/Cisco/LANG/749/;d1=Dutch;x1=spa525_nl_v749.xml;d2=Duits;x2=spa525_de_v749.xml;</Dictionary_Server_Script>

<Language_Selection group="Regional/Language">Dutch</Language_Selection>

Now the phone gives me the option to switch to Duits, Dutch of English, but nothing changes.

On the web server the language XML file aint requested by any phone, not even after a language change.

Can someone help me with this issue?

Many thanks!

Hi,

I have in Spanish and works great.

serv=http://SERVER_IP/diccionarios/;d0=English;x0=spa50x_30x_en_v749.xml;d1=Spanish;x1=spa50x_30x_es_v749.xml

I know you have to have the english first as d0. And you have written srv instead of serv.

Hope it helps. (and what is Duits?)

Diego
