SPA 5xx | DND not sync with Broadsoft

Hi,

I am using Cisco SPA 525g, but when i apply DND from the terminal, it does not sync with the Broad Soft.

I am using firmware: 7-5-3.

Any idea, how to sync the DND with Broadsoft, when applied from terminal.

Hi Shivam,

Have you already enabled the following parameters under 'SIP' when youre logged on as admin :

'Hold Package'

'Talk Package'

'Conference Package'

You might also need to delete all the entrys at 'Vertical Service Activation Codes' under 'Regional'.

Yes other packages has already been active.

Cisco 504G is working fine. The only issue is with 525G.

Hello Shivam,

Did you also enable Feature Key Synch on the SPA525G?

You can find it under Ext 1 > Call Feature Settings: Feature Key Sync: Yes

This must solve your problem. I also use Cisco SPA525G and Broadsoft.
