Hi,
I am trying to confiqure my SPA112 using the default ip address of 192.168.15.1 however it doesnt seem to point me to the admin panel.
When I phone the IVR to check the IP address it gives me 0.0.0.0 and no matter how many times I try to change it back to the default ip address it does nothing.
Can anyone help?

Hello,
The issue that you are facing is related to the fact that the SPA112 doesn't have this IP address. It is set by default to use a DHCP server on the Internet port. If you don't have a DHCP server in your network you can use the IVR codes to set up a static IP address. Please see the below link in order to do so.
