Spa303 Replacement Handset Cord

Has anybody replaced the handset curly cord on the SPA303?

Which one does it use?

I would look at cp-handset-cord=  but will this work?

Hi Andy, the SPA300 series phones do not have replacement accessory numbers. The SPA500 actually have an individual handset SPA500-HANDSET (that includes the cord).

If the phone is under warranty, I would call the SBSC. Last I knew (which my information is probably dated) there were some spare SPA300 series accessories that were obtainable.

Normally if you are unable to get the accessory required, the entire phone would get RMA then you can extract the parts you need then return the phone itself.

We buy our replacement cords from catskill supply.  The color is Charocol grey 2.  Dont get anything shoter than the 9"
