SPA303 SIPConfiguration ( incoming call issue)

Dear All,I'm having a problem with all the phones spa 303g configuration!

The outgoing call are fine but the incoming call goes dead after rings i pickup nothing life i used in the same LAN the softphone (Bria) on my Ipad and its working fine but with cisco devices not!( service provider is VOIP-UNLIMITED) UK.

Any help will be appreciated. Thank you in advance

If the incoming call drops as soon as the phone goes off-hook, that indicates towards codec mismatch issue. Not sure about how the gateway etc are configured but if it's H.323 gateway then codec config under incoming dial-peer needs to be fixed.

Thank you Gajanan I changed the codec to the recommended (G711a, G711u and G729) From service provider (VoIP unlimited) and changed the router but still have the same issue!!
