Hi,
When I dial any local number on LINE 1, there is a delay of about 10sec before I can hear the number ringing on the other end.
My analog phone is directly connected to Line 1.
PSTN is not being used.
Any suggestions or tweaking I can do?
Thanks.

That sounds like to me you have an incorrect dial plan. Maybe you can post your dial plan and the numbers you are trying to call ...
The dial plan is found at http://

Dear Sir;
This is the normal behavior when the dial plan does not find an explicit match, but an implicit/generic one. It applies the Interdigit Long Timer which defaults 10 sec.
Try either changing this timer or the dial plan to make it explicit.
Regards
Alberto

Thanks Guys.
It was indeed the dial plan string. After talking to my subscriber, they gave me their standard dial plan string which fixed the delay after dialing.
Thanks again.
