Hi fellows,
I've a Cisco SPA502G that become stucked in "Initializing Network" and don't let me in in setup mode to make a Factory Reset.
Anyone knows if there's a hard-reset to this phone pressing some button?
Something like we do on 79XX, that connects the phone and we press the # button.
Best Regards.

Hi IPmatos, while the phone is initializing network, the buttons of the phone should still work. Press the menu button (it looks like a piece of paper with a folded top right corner). Scroll down until you see Factory Defaults.

Hi Thomas,
Thanks for the help, but that was my first choice, but it did not work because the phone is locked, no key works, inclusive mentioning this, hence my question is there another way of doing the factory default.
Best Regards,
LM.
