I can't figure out how to tun on the voicemail. I have the message recorded, and when I get into voicemail greeting settings, it says that the greeting is on. But when I call the phone it just rings and rings and there is no voicemail.
Depending on the PABX implementation the voicemail IVR/menu itself may not have the facility to control when an imcoming call is sent to voicemail. You may need to adjust the dialplan on your pabx to send the call to voicemail after ringing the phone for a number of seconds (or ask whoever manages your phone system to do that).
