Hi all;
I am in the process of coming up with a price list and Solutioning design.
Id like to know if the SPA500 series phones is compatible with the CUCM and CCME? So far I've been using the SPA phones with the UC500 boxes
Please advise
Regards;
Jocelyn

Not by default.
In theory, if you can switch them to SIP (out of the factory, they come setup to use a CME specific protocol) then then should work as a generic SIP client.
Not having CME, I can't change the SPA500 we bought to SIP, so it's doing a good impression of a brick at the moment.

It's not really a CME protocol what they have, CME is SCCP and SIP, just as CUCM.
Those phones use a brother of the SCCP protocol which is only SBCS products compatible (ie UC520/540/560). If memory serves me right it's SPCP or something like that.
Since those phones are SBCS market they're not natively compatible with CUCM, you won't find them in the drop down list of options.
You can only configure them as SIP 3rd party endpoints if you wish.
