SPA962 hang on boot / reset

after a change of setting (an extension in theSPA932 consolle) the phone don't reboot correctly (  the display blink, all the lights are turn on and is unreachable from the network).... i have remove the SPA932, use an external power supply... but no luck...

there is something to do?

Are you able to factory reset the phone from the phone menu?

Hi NSeto,

I have the same problem. I'm not able to enter the menu. The Phone is like a pulsar with the screen and the top 4 led's.

Is there a standard key combination to set factory defaults during power up?
