Telephony System Message

Hi all

A simple question, is it possible to remove the system message displayed on the ip phone spa525g2, so it won't block my background? I am using CCA 3.1.

I have tried removing all the text, but it reverts back to the Cisco default.

I have tried using only a "." and it works but the blue text box still covers my background.

Chris,

You must have a value  on the CME/UC500  under the system message.

You cannot use NULL

If you do not overwrite the default Cisco words are used.

I'm looking for a way to completely remove the blue text bar, maybe in some kind of template.

ASAIK, there is no way. You can also try asking in "small business - UC500".
