Transferring Calls Directly to Voicemail with SPA525G

We want to transfer calls directly to voicemail without having the call ring at the extension. Does anyone know of a workaround? Please advise if I should post this in another spot.

Hello SPA52GUser,

Depending on your phone system if you have the option of configuring a dial plan using a prefix then the extension user to send the call directly to VM for the call routing.  

Example the UC500 series used the prefix 6 then the extension of the user to call/transfer directly to a users VM.
