In a recent post someone said Cisco won't support CLI changes to UC systems unless the person making them is UC express certified. I haven't put one in yet where I didn't need to go the CLI for something (Sometimes just to look at the config). What certification is this exactly?
I've got a CCNA Voice IIUC does that count?
Thanks!

I do not think that will count. You'll need to these two.
Implementing Cisco IOS Unified Communications Part 2 (IIUC2)
642-145
Cisco Lifecycle Services Express
650-393
Also just to let you know the Cisco Lifecycle Services Express exam is online.

The company you work for must be Express UC certified.
Meaning you must haw 3 people on staff with the required certs.
If you are just looking at the config you're ok. If you make changes SBSC will not support you.

Great thanks for the info....
I suppose I'll have to get going on more certifications
