Hello
I have a UC320 with three SPA502G phones.
3 phones:
x100
x101
x102
Confernce calling is not working as I expect it to.
1. I place a call from x100 to x101
2. x101 answers
3. x100 presses the CNF softkey (I forget the exact letters on the softkey)
4. x100 dials x102
5. x102 answers
At this time I would expect to see teh CNF softkey available on x100, but it is not.
I would expect to see the CNF key so I can join the three phones together in a 3-ay conference call.
Shouldnt there be a CNF softkey be available on x100 at this time?
Thanks

Hi,
You should see conf softkey if pressing arrow "->" key on the phone.
Best regards,

Hello Wenjin,
I tried what you said, and there is no "->" key on the SPA502G, other than the Navigation Key arrows.
From my past experience, I should see a 'conf' softkey on my phone.
Thanks.

Hi,
Sorry, I meant navigation key arrow.
We tried in our lab and be able to see conf softkey on the caller's phone right after the 3rd party answers the call. Which region is set in your UC320W?
Best regards,
Wendy Yang
