I have a demo UC 320W here and out of the box, I'm trying to do a firmware upgrade from 2.0.1 (6) to 2.0.6 (1) and I am getting this error message.
We seem to be having trouble updating Cisco UC320W at this time. Please close all unnecessary applications (including this Browser) before trying again. ioError(2).
Anyone have experience with this error?
Thanks.

Jyoopro4ia,
I'll assist you with the firmware upgrade issues you are encountering.
Can you confirm how you performing the firmware upgrade?
Is the firmware being pulled remotely or are you conducting the firmware upgrade from your local workstation?
If needed can remote access to the UC320W be provided?
This can assist with the resoluton of the issue you are encountering.

Hi Randall,
I've tried both methods. When trying locally, I'm getting the error -
Upgrade Firmware error, retrying (1) in 1 seconds.
I tried cleaning my internet cache and redownloading the firmware to try again. Same message. Feel free to e-mail me directly.

John,
It was a pleasure talking to you today. It was confirmed the 2.0.1(6) was an early engineering build and through the support session we where able to successfully upgrade the firmware to 2.0.6(10).
Enjoy the UC320 and it's features.
Randy
