UC320W Dtmf Volume

hi

i have 4  SPA502g ip phones connected to a UC320W

i need to change "DTMF Tx Volume for AVT Packet"

default is 0.  i have a problem calling an external IVR

how do i ?

Hi Francis,

UC320W is interworking with external IVR through SIP trunk or FXO?

If it's FXO, please run impedance matching tool and adjust FXO gain at FXO ports page of Configure Utility. If it doesn't help, please let me know and I will send you a pmf to adjust the DTMF volume.
