Hi
We have installed a UC320W.
We are having difficulties getting the system to display the names imputted into the directory for the caller ID.
When an incoming call is recieved, the phones only show the Caller ID number.
Numbers in the external directory are stored with the 9 prefix before the number, could this be the reason why the number is not displayed?
If so, am i able to apply some matching rules?
Reading through some previous posts,
One posts mentions that this is not possible with the external directory.
Another posts mentiones this is resolved in the latest firmware release.
Is anyone able to clarify?
Thanks

Hi Suresh,
This feature is not supported in the latest firmware yet.

Hi, can anyone update as to whether this feature has been implemented yet?
The first poster doesn't state what firmware version is running but I am running 2.3.2 (6) and the feature still doesn't appear to be present.

For my UC320 with 2.3.2 (6), only the names stored in the personal addressbook are shown. But at least that is working ... ;-)
