We currently have the system in place as a blended system. I added two lines to the system today and would like to have the reception phones have all lines appear on them for troubleshooting line issues and to make it easier on them. Do I need to change the system to a key system? The reception phones are 8 button; all other phones are only 4 button.
You need to check the box "include in outbound dialing" when configuring the shared FXO lines. This box is in the section of "Shared FXO Line Settings".
Did you mean that two new lines were two new FXO phone line? If it's true, yes, as a blend mode system, you can add these two lines as shared FXO lines which can be appeared on reception phone.
