uc500 has no ip addresses

after restting unit i have been unable to reconfigure because it has no ip address to connect back to cca. what do i do?

Hello Walter Brown, Jr.

If you are able I would recommend calling into support at, if you have a UC540 or UC560, to 1-866-606-1866 and get the UC500 team.  If you are managing it with the CCA utility they will be able help restore your system.

What you will need for that support call is an internet connection and console access to the UC500.
