Hi we have a cisco UC520 I want to configure a voicemail while support extension is not available all incoming calls should be transfered to this announcement also from support poste transfer should be dine by softkey.

This information is not full to give you complete picture. I think you need to configure CFNA,RNA and Busy NA forwarding to a number and point that number using the Dial peer if voice mail is a server. If that is a network module you point it to network module.

Hi Thanks for replay, let me explain you in detail our requirment.
We have a poste used for client support, call is coming to 200 if no answer it is forwarded to a hunt group which is composed of 2 other extensions.
I want to configure another forwarding number while the support person is absent for some minutes he should be able to forward it to a specific annoucment by a softkey.
My questions are as below.
How to upload the prompt to UC520.( By CCA it is not possible bcz it is modifying other conf in UC)
How to correlate this annoucment to a number (the number which will be used for forwarding)
How to correlate this number to a softkey.
