UC520 at 4.2 software I need 7.0.4

Does anyone know where I can get a downloadable copy of the 7.0.4 software? I have a customers UC520 at 4.2 right now with NO current Cisco contract and can only find this link for the 8.2 sofware download:  https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-9829

But would like to download 7.0.4 before a jump to 8.2 any know where I can get a download copy with no contract??

Don't want to play the trouble makers, but I was under the impression that to "legally" have the right to download upgrades, one would need to have a valid contract?
