Hello, I am hearing from a client that their UC520 is spontaneously rebooting during the day. They said it happened a couple times last week and just a few hours ago.
I went into the CCA and pulled the attached Log File, but am not sure what to look for in this instance.
I would appreciate if someone can look it over and let me know if they see a cause.
Thank you, Paul

I get the same issue on an 1811W running multiple different versions of 15 code. Currently 15.1(4)M3, which doesn't fix the issue. Does anyone know if the bug is present in 12.4 releases?
Has anyone tried TKIP instead of AES-CCM to see if that fixes the problem? Or maybe no encryption (don't really want to go this route)

This is most definitely an issue in the 12.4 series.
I have an active TAC case open and am on my 2nd debug image and still no resolution to this problem.
Part of me wonders if this is Cisco and Apple arguing over who's fault it is ?

I also have a TAC case opened. On Friday I was given a debug image for my 1811W. 15.1(4)M3 I believe. Maybe it's the third debug image since there's a D3 afterwards?? No idea. Anywho, my router has been up for 5 days without an issue. I'm extremely happy to be able to connect iOS devices now. Hopefully the rest of you get this sorted out soon as well.

Hi All,
it looks like this bug may be fixed. Cisco updated the bug notes and released a "fixed in" IOS version. Has anyone tried this software version yet? 15.1(4)M4 should be the fixed version but sadly i cant download the software i need.
Also it looks like apple fixed the issue and iphones with iOS 5.1 no longer have the issue. Havent tested this myself.
Fixed-In
15.1(4)M4

Loaded up 15.1(4)M4 yesterday, however ATM line dropped out last night. Was running 4.0.0.18 ALC firmware, so now trying 0.0.0.26 which despite the strange numbering, now seems to be the latest version. Time will tell if this is any better?
Hopefully we haven't swapped one problem for another!
