UC540 - 9951 How can I configure action/button

Hello,

I have 9951 phones and I would like know how can I do for have some buttons :

- Button Pickup or Pickup Group

- Button Call Forward

I search in CCA "Phone Template" but there are no phone template for 9951 phones.
