Is it possible to turn off call waiting? We have a customer that would like it so that if some one is on the phone the call will go directly to voicemail.

Hello Mike,
When using CCA 3.2 go to the user Configure > Te l e p h o ny > Users and Extensions > Users and Phones
select an user and clieck edit then choose "Ring Parameters" tab. There enable "HuntStop Channel" option, if you have octal line you can choose how many lines to be active. If you have only two lines you will disable the call waiting.
Under CLI you can use "hunstop" command under ephone-dn.
