UC540 Headset Hookswitch How to Enable It

Hello I bought a new Jabra headset and I need to enable my hookswitch setting on my cisco 7975 and I can't seem to find out how to do it in CCA.

Can anyone help me please.

Electronic hookswitch should be enable by default already.

But it isn't on the phone it is disabled.

I'm having the same problem. I have a UC540 with 8.6.2. I have a 7962G. On the phone itself, if I go to menu, device configuration, media configuration it says that Headset Hookswitch Control is disabled with no option to enable it.

Looking at some very old posts, it looks like you used to have to use CLI to enable this feature. Is that still true?

It there any way to get this feature working in CCA?

I was under the impression that UC500 default configuration enable it. If it doesn;t, you can do that easly using CLI.
