I'm hoping you guys can help me out on this one. I've got a UC560 running a 50 user network. It's been running like a dream since they bought it in 2011. The front desk wants to add a Jabra Pro headset. Looked at the compatibility and it's listed. I go to the phone, I check settings -> and Electronic Hook is disabled with no option to enable. I have searched high and low in the CUE and CCA, and cannot find anywhere to enable the option. What am I missing? Thanks!
