UC560 AA issue

Hi Friends,

We have installed UC560 in our client place......Its configured with AA .......AA is plays for few days and then goes off......But If we restart the PBX its works for some days...and they its again the same.......But the AA file format is correct.....If I dial AA number its ringing instad of playing AA msg......

Can you please suggest us what could be the problem.....we had checked some links which is of no use.......

Have you updated both UC and CUE to SW 8.6.0? If not, you should, before looking at anything else.

Hello Ruban,

What are you using for PSTN connectivity? It is possible there are some sessions/ports being left open in CUE, but the caller will usually hear a fast busy in those cases. From the CUE command line you can do a: show ccn call application to show the active ports in use. The 560 includes 12 ports to CUE. These 12 ports include AA and Voicemail access.
