we have a customer with a UC560 installation and they are considering a new web-based CRM-application. The developers of this CRM-application asked us if there's any click-to-dial option with the UC560. They want to use callto: links in the application but to my knowledge there's no callto:-widget for the UC560 (there's one for CUCM) and the Smart Callconnectors only support a handful applications (mostly TAPI-aware apps). What are the options for this customer and the CRM-developer ?
