Dear All
Our customer have Cisco UC560, Cisco ESW520-24p, Cisco IP Phone 502G & 508G. On Cisco UC560 have additional 2 VIC3-4FXS installed.
Today we receive information from our customer that all of their IP Phone (502G & 508G) display appear Downloading XMLDefault.cnf.xml
Our customer have try to access UC560 via network but this device cannot access. Our Customer UC560 LED
- LED for sys is green
- LED for VM is turn off -
- LED port for additional 2 VIC3-4FXS have orange.
Our question:
- What we must do to check UC560 (ex:command that needed)?

Hello,
It sounds like the VM module is not initialized, and your CME config may not be loaded either.
Really need to get a console cable to connect the the UC560, so you can see what state the device is at.

Thanks for information that you give to us. Currently we have limited resource to access UC560 from console.
We affraid that firmware on UC560 have problem. This is first time we use UC560.
Our question:
- What step we must do to fix fimrware on UC560 (guide for firmware installation on UC560)?

Configuring and maintaining UC500 is not a very easy task, especially for first time. Your best choice would be to engnage a reputable consultant, or UC certfied Cisco partner. Otherwise, all the documentation is freely available online.

Thanks for information that you give to us. Currently this device is over 90 days from day shipment and SMARTNET still on buy progress.
We have try search on Cisco website about how to do reinstall firmware on UC560 but we cannot find it

Where we can find UC560 firmware install procedure?

All documentation, then one would need to see the problem first hand to find which specific procedure applies.

Dear All,
We have checked UC560 via console and found that device has on Setup State (our configuration has lost). We have configure UC560 device with load our backup configuration for this device.
After we load configuration to startup config and reboot UC560, configuration on UC560 still ok but we still find problem
- Our problem is Cisco SPA502G and SPA508G status is still same as before (Downloading XMLDefault.cnf.xml)
We have try restart Cisco SPA502G, SPA508G and Cisco ESW520-24p but the result is same for Cisco SPA502G and SPA508G.
Our question:
What we must do to solve this problem?
