Hello,
I have recently implemented the UC560 for a client who wanted to use the HLog to logout of the Hunt Group. We have a Receptionist Phone (7965 + 7915 expansion) which has Monitor keys for all of the internal extensions. When the overflow extensions use HLog to logout of the Ring Group, the Monitor Key programming on the Reception Console for those users is lost.
Is this a normal function?
What way would you program the Reception console buttons to show busy lamp field if you want to see the phone whether they are Logged in or out?
Thank you.

You can use blf-speed dial configuration, that is also doable and editable from the phone interface itself.
Note: HLog status is not monitorable. Only phone status is (hook state).

Thanks for the quick response. The client is not looking to monitor the HLog status but mearly the phone's hook state. I was quite surprised that the Monitor keys disappeared when they logged out.
Using BLF-Speed Dial does not have the ability to tie to specific buttons correct? The list starts right after the last programmed key?

You can use button-layout to force position of blf, speed-dial, etc, in any order you like.
