I have a full PRI with AT&T 23B+1D, running in primary-ni mode, north american 7-digit. I am able to place local and national calls but unable to dial international. I dial 9 then 011 then the international number get a fast busy signal. I have a ticket opened with AT&T they keep sending the ticket to a translation group but have not heard back yet. I can see the international dial plan within CCA. What can I do to check that it is not the phone system having this issue.

try
interface x/y/z:23
isdn map . unknown unknown
I whish Cisco would understand once for all that what they are doing with silently changing plan/type is simply wrong.
