Hello
I have a doubt the port configuration between the UC and the Switch has to be mode access or mode trunk, because I have it mode access in the voice vlan and is working fine, but someone told me have to be mode trunk and I have that doubt.
thanks

It has to be trunk, or auto. Access may work, limitedly.

Hi,
The configuration of the UC560 for the port connected to the switch (cisco) by default is e.g.:
interface GigabitEthernet0/1/1
macro apply cisco-switch $native_vlan 1
switchport voice vlan 100
This macro configures the trunk dot1q and native vlan 1 and point out the voice vlan.
If you are using switch it should be trunk usually with this macro if you are using cisco switch.
If you connect directly phone and pc behind it then the macro should be cisco-phone.
HTH,
Alex
