We have a UC560 with a PRI using Single Number Reach. When a call is sent to the users mobile phone they see the companies main number on their caller ID. Can we modify this so that that caller ID sent is from the originating caller?

Hello,
This is possible as I have done it before. The key part will be whether the Carrier supports sending the Caller ID outbound. Here in Canada, most of the incumbent Carriers (Telus, Bell, etc) require you to apply to remove a Calling Line ID Filter they add to the PRI. This is usually put on to prevent 911 calls from showing the wrong number and therefore Emergency Service going to the wrong address.
Kind regards,
Jordan

Hello,
Yes this is possible with PRI, it could be set in the system but also depends on the carrier.
In CCA you may try to set outgoing dial plan and set the caller id only for internal extensions only.
In CLI you may try the following:
telephony-service
calling-number initiator
Also you might need to check the translation rules for the forwarded calls.
Depending on the provider you might need to set ie for the forwarded call.
HTH,
Alex
