UC560 Transfer calls to external line

Our client occasionally receives faxes to their main phone line. They want to be able to transfer those calls to their external fax line but when they try to transfer to the fax number, the call drops.

The phone line is on a PRI DID number and the fax is an analog PTSN external line (not going through the UC560).

Is there any way to get this to work using CCA?

Hi,

If I understand you correctly the fax line is currently independent of the UC560.  If this is the case you will need to configure call forward on the independent line.  It will not work with the UC560 if the line is not associated with the device.
