I accidently hit NO on the java certificate pop-up that pops every time I open CCA. Now I am unable to access the UC520 as it does not prompt for logon info and goes right to the red icon of the system with authorization failed.
I did get the cert to pop up again and hit always and it lets me in and then it locks up and the topology clears except for the red uc520.
I have gone into the java applet in control panel and was unable to find a place where the denied certificate was stored so that I could trust it.
I am in the middle of an activation and the customer site is down.
I cant call support as the UC520 is smartnet and they dont support CCA.
Please help I am in a bind!!
Thanks

Hi Johnny,
Don't panic
Delete the community you created for it and then close CCA down, and then recreate/find the UC again and give it a different name to the last one, this should build a new certificate profile and a new community and allow you access again
(PS) You will also need to add all the attached devices to the community as well I.E switches and any other CDP enabled device excluding phones, they should show up once the device is added to the community.
Cheers,
David.
