Has anyone successfully deployed a solution that converted a recorded audio voicemail into a text based message like an e-mail or SMS? i have a customer looking for this capability and wasn't sure if Cisco had something that could accomplish this or not. it would be preferred to do this in CUE, but if the need to move to a unity/unity cxn platform that would be fine too. thanks in advance for your help!

Unity Connection 8.x includes SpeechView which converts voicemails to text.

You could also use a service such as PhoneTag.
This would require that you configure CUE to send a message notification along with the attached voicemail to a PhoneTag address. The message would then be converted to text and sent to the email addresss of your choice.
Here are the steps for enabling message notification.
