I konw you get into cue from 10.1.10.1, but I also remember seeing another web interface for the CME configuration. I just cannot recall the address. I thought it was 10.1.10.2/something

You can also login to the Data LAN IP address, default 192.168.10.1. From this page you can issue IOS commands based on the privilege level of your login credentials.

I am aware of the command line interface through HTML. This is a web gui like the CUE one but for other CME setttings

You can access certain aspects of CME such as extensions and phones from the CUE gui itself. I am not certain what else you could be referring to.

You are probably talking about http://IP_Address/telephony_service.html (or http://IP_Address/ccme.html)
When accessing the CUE IP, the system consolidates the CUE and CME GUI, so by pointing your browser to 10.1.10.1, you are also looking at the options of the ccme.html screens.
