Where to Download PMF for TCPdump?

Can anyone point me in the direction of where to downlaod the PMF to enable TCPdump? I have this installed on one of my clients and now need to install it an another site to gather info to dianose a one-way audio issue. The UC320 Customization Clearinghouse does not have it listed.

As general quesiton, are there any other PMFs designed to enable other support tools? Maybe Cisco can share and lower the calls into the support center.

Hi Tim,

Currently the TCPdump tool is internal only and made available to SBSC support engineers.  This is a tool we are looking at making more widely available, but needs some more hardening and testing before we are ready to make it available main stream.

From time to time we make additional capabilities available via PMFs announced on this support community such as Release Candidate loads, Limited Deployment Releases, beta features, etc.

As you will see in the upcoming 2.2 feature release we add more tools and capabilites to make your job easier with each release.
