I have seen the release notes for firmware version 9.0(2)SR1 for TNP phones, which can be found at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cuipph/firmware/9_0_2/english/release/notes/7900_902SR1.html.
The 9.0(2)SR1 and later releases on TNP phones support the call chaperone feature. Call chaperone enables an authorized user to supervise and record a call. Some of our UC500 customers already want this feature. This feature is available in Cisco Unified Communications Manager 8.0, but it is not currently available in SBCS or CME. In addition, the UC500 software packs do not yet include the 9.0 firmware version for TNP phones.
Will call chaperone be added to CME in the future?

Dear Sir;
This is not yet committed to be supported on UC500. Current basic features available are cbarge and liverecord. For advanced recording, TelRex solution is available.
Thanks for the request. Will be analyzing it to potential inclusion in the roadmap.
Regards
Alberto
