Hi,
I am currently configuring a Cisco UC540 with the Auto Attendant using submenu's.
The UC 540 is connected to an external SIP provider who provides DTMF via rfc2833. Everything works fine, except for when you get to a submenu in the AA, once you hit the submenu it stops recognising the input. I am guessing it's an issue with the DTMF. I dont understand why!
I am about ready to through the UC540 through the window, so I would much appreciate your help.
