Floating Extension to Physical Phones

I have a about 15 floating extensions setup for users that want their calls to directly to their cell phone, but some of these users want to have a physical phone.  Is there any easy way of turining a floating extension into a "regular" desk phone extension? what is the best practice?

In CCA, there is no way to migrate the extension to a physical phone.  You would have to delete the floating extension and

create a phone with the same extension.  Shouldn't matter too much, though, if the floating extension is just call forward all to a cell phone.  DID

programming will stay the same.
