I have a bank client with two locations - main and branch. Main is open M-F and runs AA #1. All works well. The Branch is open M-F as well, but all its calls route through Main on those days. However, on Saturdays, only the Branch is open. I have AA #2 setup with different greetings, and business hours of 8a-1p only. Here's how the schedules for the two AA's are setup:
AA#1: Open M-F, 8:30a-4:30p "Hello, you have reached our main location.."
AA#2: Open Sat, 8a-1p "Hello, you have reached our branch location.."
I need these two AA's two switch automatically. I can't seem to find that. Do I have to use a Night Ring for the branch, and have the tellers at the branch turn it on manually when they arrive saturday morning?
Oh, btw, one UC560 serves both locations via fiber.
thanks!!

Hello Tracy,
I would create two different AA one for main one for branch with two different schedules and both AA will have different DID. This should be working fine and you do not have to switch between the AA.
HTH,
Alex

The bank only advertises one main number for both locations. They can't have different DIDs.
