Hi all,
I have problem with UC560 on my customer location. it started within this month.
When user opens web page UC freezes for about minute or two, and then unfreezes. and works normaly.
I have confirmation for two web pages on diferent servers.
only one crash dump is available and says http protocol violation.
I wil try to upgrade UC with new 8.6 version.
I would apriciate any sugjestions

Update.
Upgrading to 8.6 didnt solve problem,
but lovering firewall from mediom to low did.
any idea? becouse i would like to keep firewall on medium and solve current problem.

Hello Goran,
I would advise you to open a ticket with the Small Business Support Center so we can examine the crash log. It is possible you will need a special version of IOS that will resolve the issue that causes the crash.
