what could be causing this error? DSL line, power issues, bad router memory?

Gee whiz. What very, very limited amount of information.
Did the router crash?
Do you have any crashinfo file?
Have you tried using different IOS, like 15.1(2)?

no, the router does not crash. We just lose connectivity from time to time. I was wondering if this error would suggest a router issue. Dealing with the phone company is useless to troubleshoot their end.
we are running:
c860-universalk9-mz151-1.T.bin
have not tried new IOS
