Hello,
Is it possible to install AnyConnect and the AMP Enabler module in mode pre-deployment, without using ASA or ISE? Umbrella module can be deployed in this way, but can't find any references for AMP Enabler.

Sure - you can deploy any or all of the AnyConnect modules as a pre-deployment.
The Admin Guide covers the instructions here:

Like with most modules, you'll need to prepare a profile for the module. The Admin Guide covers that as well.

Not sure, what is the mean of with out using ASA, how is your VPN connects ?
