Hi experts.
We use a Cisco ASA 5515 configured to provide a webvpn aka portal service to an application we use internally.
We are finding remote users can connect and authenticate fine to the application via our portal, however when they try to print to their local printer nothing happens.
I've been reading smart tunnels only support TCP, and I think print is UDP?
Could anybody provide any advise?
Grateful for any responses.

Can you add the relevant config to this post and point out the IP address of the local printer.
cheers

Smart tunnels only support certain tcp based applications. This is primarily because of the way smart tunnels work by hooking into your tcp network stack for that application in the operating system. If your print communication used udp (most likely the case), this won't work. One test you can do is to enable the 'smart tunnel all applications' option and see if printer communication falls back to tcp if udp communication fails with smart tunnels enabled.
