I recently went on vacation an went to connect to my company VPN (using Cisco Anyconnect) while connected with my Verizon Aircard. The process churns for a bit then gives me two error messages.
"AnyConnect was not able to establish a connection to the specified secure gateway. Please try connecting again."
"The VPN connection was terminated due to the loss of the network interface used for the VPN connection."
This is the first time using this combination. Using AnyConnect over a wireless connection works fine. The VZ Aircard connection works fine. Just not together. My platform is a Dell E6400 with a Verizon PC5750 running Windows 7 64-bit. Unfortunately, my company support basically stated that they don't have a clue and want to know if it can be resolved once I get back in. Of course that defeats the point. Any suggestions? I did notice that the "adapter" created for the aircard does not have the Cisco AnyConnect Network Access Manager Filter Driver listed.
Regards,
Bill

I'm experiencing the exact same issue. Did you find a fix?
