We are running Cisco Secure Client 5.1.2 and have a requirement in that if the VPN cannot connect how can I still allow access to say microsoft / 365.
Have tried setting the allow access to the following hosts with vpn disconnected in the profile but no joy.
Running ASA 9.18(4) 22
ADSM 7.20

If the VPN not connected - office 365 available over internet to get emails.

Yes I want the clients to be able to access specific sites when the vpn cannot connect.
Say if the headend is down for what ever reason.

At the moment we have split tunnelling setup to Microsoft 365 when vpn is connected.
If the head end is down for whatever reason I would like the clients to still be able to access Microsoft 365.
