FTD-1120 with FMC VPN Drop

Dears Good Day !

I am a facing issue in my firepower FTD 1120 with FMC VPN continuously

I have FTD with 2 SonicWALL VPN point to Point -Dropped frequently (Doing packet-tracer initiator coming up and drop)

I have FTD with Sophos VPN Point to Point -Stable not dropped 

I have FTD With Meraki VPN Point to Pint -Dropped Frequently (Doing packet-tracer initiator coming up and drop)

So this is confusing me where is the problem resting on my environment  

I have same sonicwall to sonicwall and sonicwall to meraki VPN is stable 

Please help me to stable my settings ..it was worked before as well recently happened

When was this started, has this VPN worked before without any drops ?

Another option 6.4 is a very old code try upgrade 7.0.X or above where you can, since your FMC is already in 7. X code

Thank you , One more confuse is there normally available  updates option  is showing in FMC console  in my case its not showing 

so what option you can suggest please for manual upgradation FTD please
