Is there any difference between:

global (out) 1 1.1.1.1

and

global (out) 1 1.1.1.1 netmask 255.255.255.255

hi bgrove,

i dont think there is any difference between the commands.. its the same.. does the same thing of converting the internal ip addresses to 1.1.1.1 (PAT)....

In this command, its implied that the address specified is a host address. So with or without the mask, the effect of the command will be the same.

global (out) 1 1.1.1.1
